THE TEAM 990 SHOW HOST BLOGS

It is official I may just have done the sprint but I am indeed a triathlete!! The experience was amazing and I did the 750 meter swim, 25 k bike and 5 k run in 1 hour and 39 minutes. Not a GREAT time for my category however the goal was to finish and I did it!!! What a great experience and now I can start training to do the full one next year! If my buddy Fred who got me through the last 2 k of that run by motivating me and telling to to 'lache pas!' stumbles on this blog, thank you Fred you are the MAN!!
